These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every trip, package, and service offered by No Frontier Travel Collective LLC (“No Frontier,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through nofrontiertravel.com, our booking partners, or direct communication. By placing a deposit, making any payment, or otherwise confirming a booking, you (“guest,” “you”) agree to these Terms and to the Trip Terms for the specific trip you book.
1. How these Terms work with Trip Terms
Each trip has its own page and trip-specific terms (“Trip Terms”) that describe what is included and excluded, pricing, room or occupancy rules, deposit and payment schedule, cancellation and refund tiers, and any trip-specific requirements. Trip Terms are part of your agreement with us. If Trip Terms conflict with these Terms on a trip detail (inclusions, pricing, payment dates, cancellation tiers), the Trip Terms control for that trip. Everything else, including the liability, insurance, conduct, and legal sections below, applies to every trip unless the Trip Terms expressly say otherwise.
2. What we provide
We design, organize, and sell travel packages, which may include accommodations, ground transfers, lift or activity access, guided or self-guided experiences, flights, or other services. What a package includes varies by trip. Only the items listed as included in your Trip Terms or booking confirmation are part of your package. Anything not listed is not included.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we receive the required deposit or payment and send you written confirmation by email. Spaces are limited and offered first come, first served. We may decline any booking at our discretion before confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are per person unless the Trip Terms say otherwise. Deposit amounts, balance due dates, and accepted payment methods are set in each trip’s Trip Terms and your invoice. If a payment is not received by its due date, we may cancel your booking and apply the cancellation terms for that trip. Payment processor or card fees may apply where noted. Once your booking is confirmed, we will not raise your package price except for government-imposed taxes, fees, or surcharges introduced after booking, which we may pass through at cost with notice.
5. Cancellations by you
Cancellation and refund rules differ by trip and are set in each trip’s Trip Terms. To cancel, email [email protected]. Your cancellation is effective on the date we receive it. Unless the Trip Terms say otherwise, deposits are non-refundable, and amounts paid to suppliers on your behalf that we cannot recover are non-refundable. No refunds are given for unused services, late arrival, early departure, or no-shows.
6. Name changes and transfers
Whether you can transfer your booking to another person depends on the trip and its suppliers. Where it’s allowed, the new guest must accept these Terms and the Trip Terms, and a change fee and any supplier charges may apply.
7. Changes or cancellation by us
We may need to change parts of a trip, such as accommodations, transfer timing, activities, or itinerary details, because of supplier requirements, conditions, or safety. If that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative of similar or higher standard, and we’ll let you know of any material change as soon as practical. If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control, we will refund the payments you made to us for that trip. If a trip is cancelled or changed because of events beyond our control (see section 8), our obligation is limited as described there.
8. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, lack of snow or resort closures, epidemics or pandemics, government action or travel restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, airline or supplier failure, or similar events. In those cases we may postpone, substitute, or cancel affected services. Any refund will be limited to amounts we actually recover from suppliers, less non-recoverable costs, unless the Trip Terms say otherwise.
9. Travel protection
Travel protection is not included in our packages unless the Trip Terms say so. We strongly recommend that every guest buy a travel protection plan, and a plan may be offered to you during registration. Plans are provided by independent insurers under their own policy terms, which control what is and isn’t covered; please read the policy documents carefully, including any exclusions for winter sports or other activities. Some benefits are only available if you buy soon after your first payment. Some trips may require proof of coverage, as stated in their Trip Terms. Losses that a protection plan would have covered are your responsibility.
10. Passports, visas, and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visas, and meeting the entry, vaccination, and health requirements of every country you travel to or through. We are not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry. You confirm that you are physically fit for the trip you book and will tell us before booking about any medical condition or accessibility need that may affect your participation.
11. Risk and activities
Travel, and especially adventure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, boating, and water sports, involves inherent risks, including injury and death. You participate voluntarily and accept those risks. Some trips or activities may require you to sign a separate waiver or the supplier’s own release.
12. Conduct
You agree to follow local laws and the rules of hotels, resorts, transport providers, and other suppliers. We may remove any guest from a trip or activity, without refund, whose behavior is illegal, unsafe, or seriously disruptive to others. You are responsible for any damage you cause.
13. Suppliers and third parties
Hotels, transport companies, lift operators, guides, airlines, and other suppliers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Their services are subject to their own terms. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any supplier, but we will reasonably help you with any issue that comes up.
14. Flights
Flights are included only when your Trip Terms say so. When we book flights for you, airline rules for changes, cancellations, baggage, and delays apply. When flights are not included, you are responsible for arriving and departing on time, and we are not responsible for missed services caused by flight delays or cancellations.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your trip is limited to the amount you paid us for that trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost enjoyment, or costs of non-included travel such as flights. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Complaints
If something isn’t right during your trip, tell us or the relevant supplier right away so we can try to fix it on the spot. Any complaint after the trip must be sent in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of your return.
17. Photos and media
We may photograph or film trips. Unless you tell us in writing that you opt out, you allow us to use images in which you appear for marketing No Frontier Travel Collective, without payment. Content you share with us or tag us in may also be reposted with credit.
18. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information to arrange and manage your travel, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations, and we share it with suppliers only as needed to deliver your trip. We do not sell your personal information. Questions about your data can be sent to [email protected].
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you confirm your booking applies to that booking.
