These Trip Terms apply to the Niseko Powder Week and form part of your agreement with No Frontier Travel Collective LLC, together with our site-wide Terms & Conditions. Where they differ on a trip detail, these Trip Terms control.
1. Package and pricing
- Land package: $2,995 per person
- With 6-day Niseko United lift access: $3,495 per person
Prices are per person in U.S. dollars.
2. Included
- 7 nights at Hilton Niseko Village
- Daily breakfast
- Round-trip door-to-door airport transfer
- Ski-in/ski-out access, with the gondola at the hotel
- 6-day Niseko United lift access, if you choose that package
3. Not included
Flights, lunches and dinners, ski or snowboard gear and lessons, travel protection, and personal expenses. Anything not listed as included is not included.
4. Deposit and payment schedule
- Deposit: $250 per person, due at registration to hold your spot.
- First balance payment: 50% of the remaining balance, due by December 7, 2026.
- Final balance payment: the remaining 50%, due by January 12, 2027.
If a payment isn’t received by its due date, we may cancel your booking under the cancellation terms below.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- On or before November 25, 2026: your $250 deposit is fully refundable, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
- After November 25, 2026: all payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] and take effect on the date we receive them.
6. Travel protection
Travel protection is not included, and we strongly recommend it. A plan may be offered at registration. Read the policy documents carefully, including any exclusions for skiing and snowboarding.
7. Skiing and snowboarding
Lift access, terrain, and snow conditions are controlled by Niseko United and the resort. Closures, limited terrain, or poor snow are not grounds for a refund. Off-piste and gate-access terrain carry extra risk and may be excluded by travel protection plans.
